About us

We are an Aboriginal education company; we work with schools and corporates and facilitate workshops/sessions that educate people about Aboriginal Culture.

The retail side of the business helps us showcase what we do and equips our educators for their face-to-face activities. 

The job

Here is a snapshot of the things you will get up as our retail trainee

  • overseeing processing and sending online retail orders
  • doing stocktakes and entering new stock in our system when it arrives
  • tagging new product with artists swing tags and updating the stocktake count
  • keeping the retail room tidy and stocked with the basic necessities for the presenters to use in their workshops/sessions 

The extras

We are educators at our heart and you will also shadow presenters when they deliver workshops and training to see what it is they do. This will help you better understand the retail role and develop your skills to help run these sessions in the future. 

Essentials 

  • Working with children check is required. 
  • This is and identified role for Indigenous Australians.
  • Full time position, Monday – Friday, 9-5 with some shift changes as you will be also trained to help run workshops at schools and sessions with clients.
